In 2001, the Catholic
Foundation began awarding grants to four main areas throughout the
Diocese of Pueblo. To date, a total of $691,281.83 has been
distributed. At the June 16, 2006 Pueblo Dinner Gala, the Board of
Directors awarded $185,597 in grants. Below is a list of grant

Seminarian Education
and Formation Fund |

The Catholic Foundation
Board of Directors awarded $111,000 to the Diocesan Vocation's
Office to assist in the costs of educating seminarians studying fro the
priesthood. Seminarians are currently enrolled in Meinrad, St.
Meinrad, Indiana; St. Paul Seminary, St. Paul, MN; Sacred Heart of
School of Theology, Hales Corners, WI; Conception Seminary College,
Conception, MO; Mesa State College, Grand Junction, CO; Santa Maria de
Guadalupe, Mexico; University of Tepic and Prepatory Seminary Leonides
Michoacan, Tepic, Nayarit. |

Project (HAPP), Grand Junction Deanery - To assist in training
